About me

Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Iqui Balam Heredia Marin (Balam for short) and I am a Senior Mechatronics Engineering Student at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. In the present I am doing a Research Internship at Harvard Medical School. I am working in the Fetal Neonatal Neuroimaging and Developmental Science Center from the Boston Children Hospital.

I have been member of RoBorregos ITESM since 2017, where I have had the opportunity to represent Mexico in international competitions. I have also had international and national research intern experiences; I was a Mitacs Globalink Research Intern and member of the RISS 2021 cohort. My main research and extracurricular activities involves Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Robotics.
